Representing a seller or buyer in a commercial transaction is different than in your normal residential transaction.  The issues are different, the purchase agreement can be much more complicated and the closing much more involved.
   
This seminar will go through the basics of a commercial transaction, roles various people play in the transaction, the issues that need to be addressed in the purchase agreement and at closing.
