Mortgage Modifications, Forbearance and other Loan Modification Programs

  • Will your lender stop the foreclosure?
  • Will your lender modify your loan so you can stay in your home?
  • When can you get a modification?

This presentation is geared towards owners of homes that are facing a foreclosure but who want to stay in their homes.  Every week there seems to be a new announcement by the government or by various lenders of new initiatives to save homeowners from foreclosures.  Are any of these initiatives working?  How do you qualify for a modification?  These and many more questions are being asked by homeowners.

This seminar will go over what a loan modification is, what the qualifications for a modification are, when a modification can take place and whether a modification is a viable option.

Not only is the Foreclosure Forum designed to educate the public as to what risks they are facing in the real estate market and, the options they may have to best protect their interests but we will also have booths set-up for real estate agents, title companies, lenders and non-profit groups who work in these areas.  Consumers and real estate professionals alike can obtain information and help.

If you are interested in a loan modification, you can contact us to set-up a meeting (763.862.6100) or you can fill-out an Information Request Form online.
